Community Health Initiative (CHI) is a California based nonprofit organization. You can access our services and get in touch with a licensed specialist who will be happy to assist you in your preferred language at one of our six office locations. In addition, we offer remote services via phone. We are co-located at other local agencies to further expand our reach within the community.
